Nexus 10 hadir dengan fitur highend namun dengan harga yg kompetitif.
Meski event Android urung dilaksanakan karena badai Sandy yang melanda New York namun hal tersebut tidak mencegah Google untuk tetap merilis tepat waktu beberapa device Nexus terbaru yang salah satunya adalah tablet Nexus 10.
Nexus 10 diklaim Google sebagai tablet terbaik untuk menonton film ataupun membaca majalah; dan mungkin klaim tersebut dapat dimaklumi karena Nexus 10 hadir dengan layar Super PLS 10″ beresolusi 2560×1600 (300ppi) yang merupakan resolusi terbesar untuk ukuran tablet yg bahkan melebihi kejernihan layar retina iPad 4 gen yg ‘hanya’ memiliki resolusi 2048×1536.
Dari sisi hardware Nexus 10 ditopang dengan prosesor dual core 1,7GHz ARM Cortex-A15 + GPU Mali T604 quadcore, RAM 2GB, pilihan internal storage sebesar 16 / 32 GB, dan kamera 5MPx. Sementara untuk OS yang digunakan adalah Android 4.2 Jelly Bean yg memiliki fitur utama Gesture typing dan wireless display.
Dan walaupun spesfikasi yang ditawarkan tergolong premium dan unggul dari kebanyakan tablet yang beredar; namun harga yang ditawarkan ternyata sangat terjangkau yaitu $399 (16GB) dan $499 (32GB). Tapi sayangnya Nexus 10 baru hadir melalui Google Play untuk negara Amerika, Inggris, Australia, Perancis, Jerman, Spanyol dan Canada.
